Vic was born and raised in the Philippines, where he spent eight years building a career in business process outsourcing. During that time, he worked with global companies such as Wells Fargo, Google, and others, gaining a strong foundation in client communication, operational discipline, and service delivery. During the pandemic, he transitioned into remote work as a Virtual Partner for a real estate company based in South Carolina. He later supported a law firm in a similar capacity, sharpening his adaptability and digital coordination skills. These roles prepared him for his current position at DRG/Kula in Minneapolis, where he serves as Client Services Manager and Property Manager for a multi-family portfolio.



Beyond his professional life, Vic is a husband and father of two, with a third child on the way. His family motivates his practical, service-oriented approach to work and grounds his priorities. He is passionate about seeking ways to make systems more efficient and relationships more collaborative. Balancing professionalism with empathy, he takes pride in crafting communications that build trust and foster positive outcomes.
