After graduating from the University of Minnesota, Steve moved west to the mountains of Colorado where he worked in lift operations and served on the ski patrol staff at the Arapahoe Basin in Summit County, CO. When he returned to Minnesota, Steve bought and flipped his first home in South Minneapolis, sparking a passion for home renovation and maintenance. Since then, he has built extensive experience working as a handyman and house flipper.

Today, Steve brings his hands-on maintenance and operations expertise to Kula, where he works closely with maintenance staff and outside vendors to ensure tenants’ maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time outdoors. You’ll often find him hiking or biking around the Twin Cities, coaching youth baseball, or golfing.
