Julia has built her career in real estate operations with a strong focus on systems, process improvement, and efficiency. After earning a bachelor’s degree in biology, Spanish, and chemistry, she realized the medical field was not the right fit and began exploring a different path that better aligned with her strengths. That journey eventually led her into property management, where she has spent the past five years gaining hands-on experience in nearly every role. That broad background gave her a deep understanding of the moving parts behind successful operations. Today, Julia serves as a Process Engineer for Kula, where she helps create streamlined systems, improve workflows, and support a smoother experience for both the team and the clients they serve.



Julia is married to her husband, Kyle, and together they are building both family life and business life in Minnesota. Outside of work, she enjoys expressing her creative side through art and drawing, solving puzzles, spending time in the sunshine, and taking long walks. She also loves hiking, being outdoors, and finding inspiration in nature and everyday beauty.
