James is originally from a small town in the Philippines. From a young age, he enjoyed working with his hands and was often the person friends and neighbors called when something needed to be fixed. Those early experiences helped shape his strong work ethic and passion for practical, hands-on work.

James’ life is grounded in his faith in Jesus. This led him and his wife to start a nonprofit in the Philippines focused on sharing the Gospel and serving communities through practical development. He continues to stay actively involved in this work today, and supporting communities both practically and spiritually remains close to his heart.



Moving from the Philippines to Minnesota was a big change, but for the past six years James has been proud to call Minneapolis home. He currently provides maintenance services with Kula, bringing reliability, care, and attention to detail to every project. He is also a devoted husband and father, and his faith and family remain at the center of everything he does.
