Fred is a Client Services Specialist working with tenants. In his role, he manages tenant concerns, oversees rent collections, delinquencies, and eviction processes, coordinates projects, and ensures smooth operations for clients and colleagues.



Prior to this, he worked as a Front Desk Associate at a provincial hotel, where he gained experience in guest relations and daily operations; and as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO company handling a telecommunications account.

Fred Adrias is originally from Talisay City, Negros Occidental, Philippines. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Carlos Hilado Memorial State University.
